Energy Boost by Diffusing Essential Oils

I’ve been learning the Fighting techinques for about 16 years, and still going strong. Some days you have all of the energy you need to kick to grapple to punch to throw. Other days however, there is much that is lacking in the energy and motivation.

One such day after i really was feeling the lack of energy, was a day that people used to do our belt test. The Martial Arts school that I was attending, and today teach for, we all do belt rankings like Karate with all the color belts and black belt and then examples of black belt. This particular day was my blue belt test, which is the higher level from the Intermediate belt level. I had been just plain tired from all working out and set-up.

After i got there the teachers had turned on this strange machine within the corner along with a mist was rising out of it. That mist had a wonderful citrus smell, like oranges.
